Thank you for exploring Midway Presbyterian Church. We invite you to join us in celebrating the grace of God at any of our Lord's Day services below. We look forward to meeting you at Midway. What time do you meet? 

Lord's Day worship is at 11:00 AM in the main sanctuary, and Sunday School for all ages starts at 9:45 a.m. Our evening worship service is at 6:00 p.m. in the main sanctuary.

How about Midweek Services? 

Wednesday night activities: Dinner at 5:30 p.m., Prayer Meeting at 6:00 p.m., Adult Bible Study, Student and Children’s Ministries at 6:30 p.m.,  and Adult Choir 7:15 p.m.

Where is Midway?

We are located at 4635 Dallas Hwy. Powder Springs, 30127, at the intersection of Dallas Hwy and Midway Rd. (across from the police station)

What are Young Adults? 

Our young adults (ages 25-40) meet every other Tuesday night from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. for Bible study and prayer. This is a great time to meet families your age. Child care is provided for families. 

What is the Worship Service like?

Our service is a traditional, reformed time of worship. We begin with a call to worship from Scripture and conclude with a benediction. We sing hymns, psalms, and spiritual songs, with a pastoral prayer. The sermon lasts about 30 minutes, with the whole service lasting an hour and a little more. 

What Do I Wear?

Some wear formal attire, some wear business casual, and others wear a polo and pants. You are welcome to come dressed however you are comfortable. Having you with us for worship is what matters. 

Do You have a Nursery? 

We have a warm and well-staffed nursery for newborns to 3-year-old children. Care of children four years of age (before September 1 of the year) and older is provided by the Children’s Ministry through their educational programs. 

Do You have Child Care?

Just before the sermon, Children K4-1st grade can join the Children’s Church for an age-appropriate Bible lesson. Children are dismissed during the last verse of our Hymn of Preparation for worship. 

How about Teens? 

Grades 6–12 are invited to worship with their families for worship at 11:00 a.m. In addition, we offer Sunday school for grades 6-12 at 9:45 - 10:45 a.m., and on Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. 

Where do I enter the Church? 

There are two main entrances: the wooden front doors on the Dallas Highway side and the doors in the back on the cemetery side. For those with children, you may enter on the west side directly into our nursery and child care.

Are there Bible Studies?

We offer a women's Bible study on Thursdays from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Midway. We also provide men's Bible studies on Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m. at the Daily Grind coffee shop and on Thursdays at Midway at noon. 

How Do I Connect?

We look forward to seeing you and would love the chance to meet you. Our pastors and greeters always look to welcome visitors at the close of the worship service.
