This summer the Midway VBS is going to be using the book of Proverbs to study Wisdom. The hope is that children will learn to love the Wisdom of God and develop a will to pursue his glory. Wisdom Quest is a study presenting wisdom and foolishness as competing calls. It shows children that our hearts determine whether we will follow the way of wisdom or the way of foolishness. Children will learn that wisdom leads to life and favor from God and foolishness leads to destruction.

Midway practices sequential, expository, experiential preaching of God's Word. Each Lord's Day Morning and Evening, the Holy Scriptures are read and preached with intentional application made to our lives today. We believe this is what the Scriptures teach and that it is a means of grace, which the Lord provides for our instruction, correction, strengthening, and encouragement.
